Free delivery the evening before, 16:00–23:00. We fit every boot at your accommodation. You pay the rest once it all fits.

Your gear is ready by the door. Need a different ski for a powder day? We swap it, subject to stock.

We pick it up
Leave it in the ski room on your last day and tell us. We collect it for free.

Where do you deliver? Is it really free?
Yes. Delivery and pickup are free across the Niseko area: from Annupuri to Kutchan, including Hirafu, Niseko Town and surrounding areas. Staying somewhere else? Message us.
When do you deliver? My flight lands late.
The evening before your first ski day, between 16:00 and 23:00. You choose the time when you book. If your flight is delayed, WhatsApp us and we'll rearrange. Same-day delivery is available on request.
How do I know which size to book?
Enter your height, weight, shoe size and ability when you book. We bring your gear plus nearby boot sizes and fit everyone at your accommodation before you pay.
When do I pay?
A small deposit holds your booking. You pay the rest at your fitting, once everything fits. All prices are in yen and include 10% consumption tax.
Can I swap my skis or board during my stay?
Yes, on demand and subject to available stock. Piste to freeride for a powder day, or skis to a snowboard: just message us.
How do I return the gear?
Leave it in your accommodation's ski room or valet and tell us it's ready. We collect it for free. If we don't hear from you, we'll pick it up from around 16:00 on your last day.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes, free of charge up to 48 hours before your delivery. See our Rental Terms for late changes. → Rental Terms & Conditions
What if I damage or lose my gear?
Damage insurance is included in every rental and covers repairable damage such as base and edge repairs. Loss, theft or damage beyond repair is charged as set out in our Rental Terms. → Rental Terms & Conditions
Can I book lessons or guiding too?
Yes. Lessons and guided days with Top Xperience can be added in the same booking.
